Shared understandings of progression in primary and secondary modern languages

This workshop is an opportunity for primary and secondary colleagues to explore the Modern Languages Benchmarks together.

The aims of this session are to:

  • develop an understanding of progression within and across the CfE levels
  • share the expectations of the Benchmarks in listening, talking, reading and writing
  • look at examples of learners’ work for moderation purposes.

Please bring examples of your own work to share. In addition, please bring your own device with a QR code reader app.

To register for the event please visit the website. You will be asked to provide details of your name, local authority, school, e-mail address and languages you teach on the registration form.

Places are limited to 30 and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for registrations is Monday 27th November 2018.
