In September 2011, SCILT invited representatives from a range of local authorities and partner organisations to take part in a MLPS working group. Our primary aim was to create a short-life group to focus on key recommendations for MLPS planning and transition in order to better support our primary colleagues. At the outset, we identified many obstacles which MLPS teachers already face across the country and tried to channel our support into these areas.
