Event Date: 17/11/2017 - 25/11/2017

This year’s festival is taking place nationally 17 – 25 November 2017. Being Human is led by the School of Advanced Study, University of London in partnership with the Arts & Humanities Research Council and the British Academy.

This year's festival theme 'lost and found' will explore the growing need for humanities disciplines to bridge divides and celebrate differences. As part of the festival, a community network event will be held in each of MEITS' four partner cities - Belfast, Cambridge, Edinburgh and Nottingham - where photographic contributions will be exhibited, displaying what multilingualism means to different people and their communities. If you wish to submit a photo, see the Call for photo submissions criteria and enter by 15 September 2017.
